AfroCROWD in the Wall Street Journal

AfroCROWD is featuerd in the Wall Street Journal's Oct. 11th article highlighting AfroCROWD and related Wikipedia edit-a-thons at the MoMA which the journal calls a "...part of a larger shift at MoMA as the venerable institution grapples with the sea change in which content is created and shared in the digital era. Rather than seeing the crowd-sourced encyclopedia as a natural antagonist to its curatorial authority, the museum has begun to embrace Wikipedia as a partner in a hyper-connected, ever-expanding information network." Also featured in the article is the upcoming AfroCROWD Basquiat edit-a-thon on November 10th which will focus on black artists.  Read all about it! http://www.wsj.com/articles/museums-open-up-to-power-of-wiki-1444613033
